Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Coraopolis, PA is seeking a weekend Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays across local stores. You will start at 6:00 am on Saturdays and Sundays, with end times varying as work completes. Compensation is $21.95 per hour.

You will move products from backrooms to floors, maintain freshness, and partner with store teams to meet daily demand. Training is provided in POS tools and order recording in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. drivers license is required.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires driving to various locations in different geographic areas.
• Position may require working holidays.
• Position requires lifting 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly during long shifts (10–12 hours).
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
