Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and rotate products in local stores, maintain shelves and displays, and support promotional campaigns. You will move products from backroom to sales floor, build displays, and coordinate with store teams to ensure in‑stock conditions.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, various movement throughout shifts, and occasional holiday work. It offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation).
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided).
