Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in South Burlington, VT is seeking a merchandise associate to stock shelves, coolers, and displays for PepsiCo products in local stores to ensure full shelves and strong product visibility.

You will rotate products, check dates to maintain freshness, move items from backroom to the sales floor, and build/maintain displays for promotions. On-the-job training and a fast-paced environment are provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license and proof of insurance.
• Personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• May be required to work holidays.
• Lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly over 10–12 hour shift.
• Bending, reaching and squatting.

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.

• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and support orders with handheld tools (training provided).

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
