Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Saint Johnsbury, VT is hiring a full‑time merchandiser to stock PepsiCo brands in local stores. You’ll work roughly 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexible work days and a pay of $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• May be required to work holidays.
• Lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly over a 10–12 hour shift.
• Bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in‑stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.

What You’ll Do
