Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a full-time merchandiser in Elyria, OH to stock shelves, coolers, and displays for PepsiCo brands. You’ll rotate products, check dates, and ensure in-stock conditions while collaborating with store teams to meet promotions.

Shifts start early (5:00–6:00 am) and may last up to 10 hours. You must lift 20–45 lb cases, drive between locations, and may work holidays. On-the-job training is provided with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Will drive to locations in different geographic areas.
• May be required to work holidays.
• Position involves lifting 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly for 10–12 hours.
• Position involves bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness and stock.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and maintain a neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate needs, and use handheld tools to support orders.

Quick Look

• Work Days:5 days a week

• Start Time:5:00-6:00am

• End Time:6-10 hours

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
