Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a merchandiser in Brainerd, MN. You will merchandise PepsiCo products in local stores, stock shelves and displays, and rotate products to ensure freshness and in-stock conditions.

You’ll move products from backrooms to the floor, build displays, and support national and local promotions. The role requires lifting 20–45 lbs repeatedly and a valid driver's license for multi-location routes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; rotate product and check dates.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor and maintain a neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays and promotional materials for initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate needs, and use handheld tools for orders/daily records.
