Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to creatively showcase brands through displays, inventory management and strategic product placement. A vehicle is required to travel to customer locations, and the role sits within a fun, family-based culture.

You will work daily at accounts, build displays, stock shelves, manage POS materials, and participate in store resets. The position offers $18.00 per hour with OT potential, plus a $200 car allowance, $300 gas card, and a $500

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent and age 21+.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professionalism and sound judgment.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Ability to lift and carry 45–65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and rotating shelves daily in new and existing accounts.
• Build displays and manage POS materials.
• Store resets for remodels, openings, or seasonal changes.
• Develop rapport with key accounts and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Identify brand opportunities and expand shelf space and cold box facings.
• Communicate out-of-stock or new item opportunities.
• Learn beer, wine, and spirits knowledge to support customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol responsibly during interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
