Breakthru Beverage is seeking a Merchandiser to creatively showcase our brands by building displays, managing inventory, and optimizing product placement at customer sites. A car is required to travel to accounts. Join a fun, family-based culture with growth in sales.

Responsibilities include daily merchandising, stocking, building displays, and maintaining strong account relationships while expanding shelf presence and ensuring product availability.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high levels of customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to store needs.
• Professional demeanor and reliable transportation required.
• Able to lift 45-65 pounds and work weekends.

Aufgaben

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts
• Stocking and rotating shelves
• Building displays POS material management
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback
• Identify brand/category opportunities through sales team feedback
• Expand shelf and cold box facings
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities
• Learn beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers
• Handle beverage alcohol product responsibly and interact with the public
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
