Job summary

Reyes-Beverage-Grou seeks an individual for full-time merchandising roles delivering and stocking beverages across assigned routes. You will travel to grocery stores and outlets to ensure proper display, rotation, and inventory levels, and you will use company devices to document executions.

The role offers a 6:00am start, opportunities for advancement after 6 months, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, rotate products on routes.
• Move product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to support inventory and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
