Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is hiring for a full-time Merchandiser on a local Florida route. Expect early 6:00am starts, hands-on merchandising at grocery and beverage outlets, and frequent product rotation to ensure optimal shelf presence.

You’ll use pallet jacks and hand trucks, document displays digitally, and work independently on a home-based route. Eligibility requires 18+, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs for keg handling.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Move products between backroom and display using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Document execution with photos of displays and backstock in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas and support inventory control.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Shift:Full-time with a 6:00am start time
• Must be 18 years of age
• Pay: $19.00 per hour + Monthly Car Allowance and Mileage Reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
