Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a route merchandiser for Springfield, VA to stock, display, and rotate products across local stores on assigned routes. The role is full-time with a 6:00 AM start, weekends required, and a starting pay of $19.50 per hour plus overtime and a monthly car allowance and mileage reimbursement.

You will travel to grocery and beverage outlets, use company systems for routing and merchandising, lift 25–50 lbs regularly, and support inventory and backstock management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation with acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs for keg handling or pallet jack use.
• 0 to 6 months plus general work experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products across assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.

• Shift: 5 days/week, weekends required, 6:00 AM start (Full-Time only)

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
