Quality Brands Distribution is hiring Merchandisers who take pride in great-looking retail spaces and stay active in a fast-paced, physical role. Local routes mean home daily, with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour and a $1,000 hiring bonus.

The position includes opportunities for growth across seven additional locations, plus benefits and a family-owned company culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform heavy physical work.
• Frequent lifting 25–50 lbs; occasional 50–100 lbs; rare lifts up to 160 lbs.
• Able to drive company vehicles; valid license required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and organize product on shelves and in coolers.
• Build and refresh displays and feature space.
• Install and maintain point-of-sale materials.
• Remove damaged or outdated product.
• Support deliveries and shelf resets as needed.
• Complete daily assignments and paperwork on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle.
• Complete assigned training.

What You’ll Do:

• Stock, rotate, and organize product (Budweiser, Alani, etc) on shelves and in coolers, supporting the sales team
• Build and refresh displays and feature space
• Install and maintain point-of-sale materials
• Remove damaged or outdated product
• Support deliveries and shelf resets as needed
• Complete daily assignments and paperwork on time
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle
• Complete assigned training
