Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Nevada is seeking an energetic Off-Premise Merchandiser to execute in-store displays and maintain attractive product presentations. You will stock shelves, rotate products, and support promotional initiatives across assigned accounts in the Reno market.

The role offers hands-on experience in sales and merchandising, with opportunities to build relationships with retailers and learn our premium beverage portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism and good judgment.
• Able to work weekends.
• Able to lift 45–65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise daily in new and existing accounts, stocking and rotating shelves.
• Build displays and manage POS materials; handle store resets for remodels or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and share feedback with the sales team.
• Learn beer, wine and spirits knowledge for brands and customers.
• Conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging, visually appealing displays that showcase our premium beverage brands
• Stock shelves and maintain product availability and inventory levels
• Ensure products are properly placed, rotated, and merchandised to maximize sales opportunities

Job Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts:
  • Stocking and rotating shelves
  • Building displays
  • POS material management
  • Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities. Share feedback with appropriate sales team members to:
  • Identify brand/category opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings
  • Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product & conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply, prefer HS Diploma or equivalent
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Top‑shelf customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment
• Able to work occasional weekends
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds

• Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach.
• Frequently climb up and down a ladder.
• Regularly lift 45-65 lbs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
