Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Salinas, CA is seeking a full-time merchandising associate to stock, rotate, and display beverages across local routes. You will transport products using pallet jacks, use company systems for routing and monitoring, and photograph displays to document execution.

Requirements include 18+, reliable personal vehicle with valid license, ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and 0–6 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos to document execution.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory and product freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Shift: Full Time, Weekend Availability, Early morning start
• Benefits: Union, Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Vacation
• Local Routes available: Salinas, Santa Cruz, Gilroy, Morgan Hill, and surrounding communities
• Hourly Pay Rate: $25.60 starting pay, $28.80 after 6 months, $32.00 after 1 year. Plus Mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
