Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Redwood City, CA seeks a dedicated Merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display products on assigned routes, ensuring proper shelf levels and compliance with planograms.

You will travel to grocery stores, operate pallet jacks, and use company systems for routing, checkout, and documentation. A reliable car and valid license are required; starting pay is $25.60/hour with raises after 6 months and after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and product freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate:$25.60 starting pay, $28.80 after 6 months, $32.00 after 1 year. Plus Mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
