Job summary

PepsiCo, a leader in snacks and beverages, seeks a Route Sales Associate to service Belgrade, MT, distributing Frito-Lay products and merchandising the shelves across multiple store locations. You will drive your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement and work with a team of Route Sales Representatives to maintain stock levels and product presentation.

The role requires punctuality, physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Stock and merchandise beloved brands like Lay's and Doritos and keep shelves full, neat, and ready for the customers who depend on you.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
