Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser Associate to stock shelves, build displays and rotate inventory according to account requirements. You will support sales consultants in merchandising activities and coordinate product resets with retailers in assigned accounts.

In this full-time, on-site role in Peoria, IL you will establish rapport with store personnel, follow established processes, and ensure accurate scheduling and timely display placements to drive sell-through, with union

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/work experience.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains timely call schedule and merchandising processes.
• Ensures POS materials are displayed and displays are installed.
• Stocks shelves and coordinates product resets with sales.
• Builds displays and partners with accounts to time and place them.
• Maintains rapport with key account contacts and supports sales team.

May organize backroom and inventory. Drive volume and profit growth in accounts and support sales consultants in merchandising activities.Job Description:Job Responsibilities:Maintains a timely and accurate call schedule.Follows established merchandising processes for each retailer while maintaining supplier requirements.Ensures point-of-sale material is placed on shelves and displays.Rotates product through organized processes.Builds and installs displays and works closely with the customer and sales to coordinate the timing and location of displays.Stocks shelves and displays to maximize sell-through of products.Coordinate and/or assist with product resets.Establishes and maintains a rapport with key individuals in account.Obtains feedback from accounts in effectiveness of their individual merchandising procedures.Supports team or sales rep to service accounts within requirements.
