Breakthru Beverage Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Merchandiser to support retail accounts by ensuring proper product placement, stocking, and brand presentation. This role strengthens in-store execution and enhances the customer shopping experience.

The position offers full-time hours with pay of $18.25 per hour plus a $2,400 annual taxable car allowance and a $300 monthly gas card; candidates must use their own vehicle and be 21+ with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking and rotating shelves, building displays, POS material management, store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities; identify brand/category opportunities and expand shelf/cold box facings
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers
• Conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
