Job summary

Once Upon A Child Odessa is hiring Merchandisers to join our team at 3141 E University Blvd in Odessa, TX. You’ll help create a welcoming, organized shopping experience by greeting customers, guiding them to products, and providing helpful information about our items and processes.

No prior experience is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You must be friendly, good at communication, able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at least one weekend shift per week.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and offering assistance with a friendly smile.
• Guiding customers to the products they’re looking for.
• Providing helpful information about our products and processes.
• Operating the point-of-sale system efficiently.
• Properly tagging, hanging, and organizing merchandise.
• Ensuring racks are filled and maintaining minimum speed requirements.
• Supporting the team with various tasks to keep our store running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking individuals with the following skills and qualifications:

• A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a dynamic environment.
