Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Novi, MI is seeking a full-time Merchandiser with weekend availability and a 6am start. You will travel to grocery stores along assigned routes to stock, display, rotate, and maintain product levels and planograms.

You’ll move products with a pallet jack or hand truck, use company systems for routing and account monitoring, complete merchandising checkouts, upload photos of displays, and organize backstock.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and meet state age requirements.
• Reliable automobile transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Lifts 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to stores to stock and rotate products on routes.
• Move products between backroom and display using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos of displays/backstock.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Shift: Full Time, Weekend Availability, 6am start time

• Local Routes available: Brighton, Commerce, Livonia, Plymouth and surrounding areas

• Hourly Pay Rate: $21.20 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes

• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck

• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring

• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts

• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness

• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.

• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.

• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
