Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Store Associate to stock shelves, restock coolers, and build promotional displays in assigned stores. You will rotate products and keep shelves neat with proper facing.

Schedule: 6:00am-2:00pm; Pay: $20.25/hour; Job Level: 1. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 50 pounds; weekend/holiday work required. Mileage reimbursement and local routes help you stay close to home.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required with driving record meeting policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within routes; not responsible for transporting products.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Restock shelves, coolers, displays and racks with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products using first in, first out stocking system to maintain quality.
• Build displays and promotional items according to supervisor instructions and schedule.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safe, accessible manner.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• V alid driver’s license required ; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to u se reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
