Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a dedicated merchandiser for full-time weekend work starting early each morning. You will travel to stores to stock, rotate, and display beverages, using pallet jacks or hand trucks to move products and keep backrooms organized.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement, with union support and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products using equipment such as pallet jack or hand truck between backroom and display floors.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to support inventory levels and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Shift: Full Time, Weekend Availability, 6am start time

• Local Routes available: East Lansing and surrounding communities
• Hourly Pay Rate: $21.20 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
