Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Knoxville, TN is seeking a dedicated Route Merchandise Associate. You will drive your own vehicle to various store locations, stock and display PepsiCo brands like Lay's and Doritos, and collaborate with Route Sales Representatives to ensure shelves are full and appealing.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work a consistent schedule with early start times. Company-provided iPhone will be used for scheduling and logging activity.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
