Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Merchandiser to creatively showcase our brands by building displays, managing inventory and optimizing product placement. A reliable vehicle is required to visit customer locations, and the role offers a dynamic, family-oriented culture.

The position includes hourly pay plus OT potential, a $200/month car allowance, a $300/month gas card, and a $500 sign-on bonus. Strong customer service and lifting up to 65 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift 45-65 pounds and work occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: Stocking and rotating shelves.
• Building displays and managing POS materials.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Build rapport with key accounts and share feedback with the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings.
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities.
• Learn beer, wine, and spirits knowledge for brands and customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol responsibly and conduct safe interactions with the public.
• Other duties, as assigned by supervisor.

$18.00 per hour with OT Potential

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: Stocking and rotating shelves
• Building displays
• POS material management
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities. Share feedback with appropriate sales team members to Identify brand/category opportunities
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product & conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 21 years or older to apply, prefer HS Diploma or equivalent
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment
• Able to work occasional weekends
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds
