Job summary

Canada Dry, a member of the Honickman Companies, seeks a Merchandiser to service accounts at our Glen Burnie, MD facility. You will maintain shelves, rotate products, and set up promotional displays while building strong account relationships.

The role requires at least two years merchandising or sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency with MS Word and Excel is expected, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Two years merchandising/sales and/or customer contact experience.
• MS Office including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shelving, rotate products and verify shelf prices.
• Build, merchandise and maintain all secondary and promotional displays to conform to company standards.
• Merchandise and fill all coolers, vendors and rack to standard on every visit.
• Call on each account as scheduled.
• Create, develop and maintain a strong rapport in every account.
• Manage, rotate and maintain back-stock where applicable.
• Collect and organize damaged product into designated area.
• Call in all customer requests to your immediate supervisor.
• Attend all scheduled meetings and be an active participant.
• Attend all training sessions.
• Follow all company and customer safety guidelines and policies.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

A leader in the beverage industry, we are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. As an integral part of the team, you will contribute to sales goals by merchandising and servicing assigned accounts.

Other Roles And Responsibilities Include

Merchandisers are required to use their own personal vehicles and maintain state minimum vehicle insurance. Canada Dry offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.05 with opportunity for overtime and holiday premium pay. Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision.
