Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Eau Claire, WI is hiring a full-time merchandiser to stock and rotate products at grocery outlets along assigned routes, starting at 6am with weekend availability. You will move products with a pallet jack or hand truck, use company systems for routing and account monitoring, and photograph displays and backstock to document execution.

Requires 18+ (or state age), reliable transportation with a valid license, a 25–50 lb lifting ability, and 0–6 months of work

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or meet minimum state age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation; valid driver’s license and auto insurance meeting company/state requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Shift: Full Time, 6am start time, Weekend availability needed

• Hourly Pay Rate: $20.50 (22.50 once probationary period is complete)

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.

• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.

• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
