Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Merchandiser in Boise, Idaho to ensure shelves are stocked and displays are maintained according to company standards. You will maintain back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability throughout the store.

This full-time role pays $20.25/hour with a 6:00am-2:30pm schedule, overtime and weekends required. You will build displays, rotate stock, restock coolers, and handle promotions while developing customer relationships and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record must meet policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products to ensure quality following a first in, first out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items according to instructions and schedule from supervisor/store management.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safe, accessible manner.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

Responsibilities

• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
