Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated Route Sales Helper in Apple Valley, MN to stock shelves with beloved brands like Lay's and Doritos and ensure products are readily available for customers. You will drive your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement and work in a fast-paced store setting.

You will start at 4:00 AM, work up to 40 hours per week across five days, with shifts varying by route. You may lift up to 40 lbs and collaborate with Route Sales Representatives to maintain displays and inventory.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity

Quick Look

• Pay: $24.35 per hour
• Location: Apple Valley, MN
• Work Days: Working 5 days per week with 2 days off that vary. Work week will be 40 hours/week spread over 5 days of each week. Working days will change depending on the route being covered for the week. Ex. I am covering route # with days off TUE/WED
• Start Time: 4:00 AM
• End Time: Workdays can vary from 6-8 hours depending on market selling through
