Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Route Sales Associate to deliver and merchandise PepsiCo products at a variety of store locations in the Richmond area. You will drive your own vehicle, stock shelves, and ensure products are displayed properly for customers.

This full-time role requires 18+ years, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. The position offers early start times, team collaboration, and mileage reimbursement as you help keep beloved brands like Lay's and Doritos on

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle to various store locations and deliver products.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent start time and schedule; potential to shift as routes grow.
• Use a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate, and log activity.

Quick Look

• Pay: $21.80 per hour

• Location: Richmond, VA

• Work Days: 5 days 2 days off. Rotating days off until route is won.

• Start Time: 4:00 AM - 5:00 AM

• End Time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Be able to frequently liftup to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Stock and merchandise beloved brands like Lay's and Doritos and keep shelves full, neat, and ready for the customers who depend on you.

What You’ll Do

• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
