Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a dedicated full-time Route Sales Associate to drive a personal vehicle, pick and merchandise Lay's and Doritos products, and maintain shelves across partnered stores. You will work with Route Sales Representatives, follow fixed and evolving schedules, and use a company iPhone to log activities and view schedules.

This role emphasizes fast-paced, hands-on work with lifting and movement of products, on-the-go stores, and a path for long-term growth within PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
