Job summary

Five Below in Manitowoc is seeking a Store Leader to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will manage opening/closing, cash handling, merchandising, and coaching to uphold store standards and safety.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and at least 2 years of management experience. A flexible schedule (weekends included) is required, with a starting hourly wage of $15.00 and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted.
• Operates opening/closing procedures, secures cash, locks doors, and ensures daily operations run smoothly.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, assuming responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding/training of associates to improve performance and knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes the market plan with proper product placement and promotional materials, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
