Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a FT Merchandise Stocker in Gaithersburg, MD. The role focuses on learning in-store service, inventory replenishment, and exceptional customer interactions within high-volume stores.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and your own vehicle.
• This labor-intensive role requires the ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform in-store service, manage inventory replenishment (ordering and stocking), generate weekly credits and provide exceptional customer service within a defined territory inside high-volume national account stores.
• Stock, organize, and maintain moulding inventory to ensure materials are readily available.
• Clean aisles and recover conditions since last service.
• Restock bins/displays and resolve bin contamination.
• Pack out freight from current and previous orders.
• Maintain signage and pricing to best practice; move backers to affect perception.
• Replenish inventory according to published guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Merchandising projects and tasks will be assigned by area manager.
• Complete tasks, projects and resets of Woodgrain products in stores.
