Job summary

Woodgrain in Pasadena, MD is seeking a Full Time Merchandise Stocker to learn and perform in-store service, manage inventory replenishment, and support sales across high-volume national account stores.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, and customer interaction, covering service calls when others are away, and completing tasks and resets of Woodgrain products within assigned stores. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and your own vehicle.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learning and performing in-store service and providing exceptional customer service within a defined territory inside high-volume national account stores.
• Cover service calls when regular representatives are away or on vacation.
• Restocking and organizing aisles and displays; packing out freight from previous weeks’ orders.
• Culling damaged/unsellable material and issuing credit electronically.
• Maintaining signage and pricing to best practice; moving backers for better presentation.
• Replenishing inventory according to published guidelines; building strong relationships with store management and associates.
