Job summary

Woodgrain in Pasadena, MD is seeking a Full Time Merchandise Stocker to support in-store service, manage inventory replenishment, and assist customers within high-volume accounts. You'll cover service calls when colleagues are away and help maintain clean, well-organized aisles.

The position offers weekly pay of $715, a quarterly bonus, 75% company-paid medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, PTO and holidays, tuition reimbursement, and generous product discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• This labor-intensive role requires physical stamina.
• Excellent customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform in-store service and inventory replenishment within defined accounts.
• Cover service calls when colleagues are away and restock displays per guidelines.
• Maintain signage, pricing, and merchandising to best practice.
• Build strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Complete merchandising projects and resets as directed by area manager.
