Job summary

The Mom Project in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Merchandise Specialist & Office Assistant to support internal and external partners, set up styles, and manage day-to-day office tasks.

Ideal candidates will handle PO creation, sample coordination, shipping coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with overseas and domestic teams to ensure timely, accurate results.

Family owned & operated jewelry vendor based outside of Charlotte, NC. Looking for a genuine team player who is motivated to support internal & external partners, set up styles and assist with day to day operations.

• Purchase order creation & maintenance
• Sample management
• Internal – incoming samples from overseas
• External – approvals and shipments to & from accounts
• Organizing in house samples
• Cross-functional collaboration with overseas and domestic partners to ensure on time and accurate shipping
