  • Partner with planning analysts to ensure accurate shipment of goods in accordance with local country and customs requirements.
  • Assist requesting carnets, sending salon approvals, and ship lists. Coordinate with teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
  • Liaise closely with logistics and distribution centers, salons and other departments to ensure proper execution.
  • Support the merchandise planning department with ad-hoc projects, including data analysis and any global priorities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal cross functional and salon teams worldwide.
  • Work with merchandising analysts and managers to implement product distribution strategies, collaborate on global launches and events.

Job description

The global merchandising team is accountable for the development, coordination and review of product assortments as well as the planning, allocating and management of each jewelry category.

The Associate, Merchandising - Jewelry role will support the merchandising teams operationally with the daily movements of finished goods within various distribution centers and our global salon network. This role requires operational efficiency and the ability to collaborate effectively across the merchandise planning departments within a fast paced, luxury retail environment.
