Job summary

DCG ONE is seeking a Branded Merchandise Account Executive to identify clients, understand their merchandise needs, and introduce our solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape projects and grow new opportunities.

This hybrid role allows work from Seattle, WA or Upper Marlboro, MD offices three days a week, with remote work considered for the right candidate. You will lead strategic sales plans, pursue new business, and manage client relationships to deliver results

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in branded merchandise distributorship, creative agency, or digital/software company setting.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas (>$2M annually).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet/exceed targets, reviewed quarterly.
• Prospect new business within DCG ONE clients and outside enterprise-level clients.
• Conduct market research to identify leads and stay ahead of trends.
• Build and maintain client relationships to understand marketing objectives.
• Negotiate projects and SOWs to achieve favorable terms.
• Coordinate with creative, account management, and technical teams to align solutions with client expectations.
• Generate monthly sales reports highlighting pipeline and revenue.
