Qualifications

• Excellent communication and sales skills with diverse fan groups.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime during events.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Accuracy in cash handling, POS transactions, and opening/closing procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Availability for 35–40+ hours per week, with flexibility to assist in other areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enthusiastic welcome to guests and brief them on store policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations.
• Maintain an energetic, positive atmosphere for fans and team members.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Present and upsell merchandise by highlighting features and promotions.
• Support merchandising standards, plan-o-gram execution, and displays.
• Assist with store setup, restocking, cleaning, and organized sales floor.
• Participate in inventory management, counts, and control procedures.
• Stay informed on promotions and venue events to assist fans.
• Collaborate to keep gift shop locations prepared and visually appealing.
• All other duties as assigned.
