Job summary

LEGENDS is seeking a Merchandise Associate for the American Airlines Center to create a high-energy fan experience. You will greet guests, recommend products, and drive sales during events in a fast-paced arena environment.

Responsibilities include accurate POS transactions, maintaining displays and inventory, and executing plan-o-grams. 30-40+ hours weekly; weekend availability; on-site work only; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Willing to work extended hours on event days, weekends, and overtime.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand long periods.
• 30-40+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exciting, positive environment for team & fan base.
• Greet guests and ascertain interest to make sales recommendations.
• Excellent accuracy when using POS systems.
• Demonstrate ownership in cleaning, restocking, & tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Present merchandise to increase sale with add-on items.
• Must be able to describe merchandise features and uses.
• Keep current on promotions & store events at the arena.
