Job summary
Worlds of Fun is seeking Merchandise Sales Ambassadors in Kansas City to provide excellent guest service and drive sales of park merchandise. You will greet guests, upsell products, manage the register, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Responsibilities include cash handling, restocking, and addressing guest inquiries while upholding park policies. A friendly, team-oriented approach and availability on varied hours are ideal for this role.

Merchandise Sales Ambassadors are responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales by actively promoting and selling merchandise to guests at World of Fun. Some specific duties of a Merchandise Sales Ambassador may include:
- Greeting guests and assisting them with their merchandise purchases
- Recommending and upselling merchandise to guests
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Operating a cash register and handling c ard transactions accurately
- Restocking merchandise as needed
- Providing a high level of guest service and responding to guest inquiries and concerns
- Following all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and loss prevention
- Paid Training and FREE Uniforms!
- FREE Admission to our park and other Six Flags parks!
- Free tickets for friends and family!
- 30% discounts on Food and 20% Merchandise!
- Work with people from here, near and from all over the world!
