Job summary

Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, MO is looking for a Team Lead - Admissions to guide the admissions team and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will greet guests, provide information, and support guests with disabilities or special needs while maintaining park policies and procedures.

You’ll lead a friendly, outgoing team, engage guests to deliver memorable visits, and help manage lost and found items as part of daily operations at the park entrance.

Overview

• Team Lead - Admissions

A admissions associate at Worlds of Fun is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests visiting the amusement park. Great communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality are essential for this role. Specific job duties may include:

• Be a Leader in this department
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assisting guests with disabilities or special needs
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and timely information
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Provide information about park attractions, events, and other guest services
• Ensure guests are aware of park policies and procedures
• Assisting with lost and found items
• Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive guest interaction and engagement
• Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
