Job summary

Worlds of Fun is seeking Merchandise Sales Ambassadors who deliver outstanding guest service and drive sales for park merchandise in Kansas City. The role emphasizes greeting guests, assisting with purchases, upselling, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while handling cash accurately.

Expected to work with teams from diverse backgrounds, you should enjoy helping guests, be available for weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays, and uphold Six Flags policies and loss prevention

Merchandise Sales Ambassadors are responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales by actively promoting and selling merchandise to guests at World of Fun. Some specific duties of a Merchandise Sales Ambassador may include:

• Greeting guests and assisting them with their merchandise purchases
• Recommending and upselling merchandise to guests
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Operating a cash register and handling c ard transactions accurately
• Restocking merchandise as needed
• Providing a high level of guest service and responding to guest inquiries and concerns
• Following all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and loss prevention
