Job summary

Marshalls in Lenox, MA is seeking a Store Associate to support receiving, merchandising, and customer service. You will help maintain stock, tag and organize merchandise, and assist customers to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Prior retail or leadership experience is valued; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Ability to lift heavy objects (with or without accommodation)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to train others

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing by Associates.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise and rotate back stock for replenishment.
• Communicate with store leadership to optimize flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Support training of Associates and promote safety, policies, and loss-prevention initiatives.
