Job summary

Marshalls at Elk Grove, CA is seeking an Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring excellent customer experiences. You’ll help maintain an organized store and support daily operations with a focus on teamwork and high standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience; 6 months of leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively
• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent shopping experience
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the backroom and sales floor
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods and prioritize tasks
