Job summary

Forman Mills is seeking a Backend Associate to hang and process new merchandise accurately while maintaining a clean backroom. You will unload/load trucks, sort cartons, stage pallets, and ensure accurate scanning and ticketing.

The role requires strong customer service and the ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include assisting customers, cross-training on the register, and supporting merchandising and stocking tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload / load trucks and keep the loading dock clean.
• Hang and process new merchandise according to standards.
• Breakdown deliveries, sort cartons, and stage pallets.
• Maintain organized backroom and layaway areas.
• Assist customers and greet them in a friendly manner.
• Scan merchandise accurately to minimize inventory adjustments.
• Cross-train on register and in-store tasks as needed.
• Perform occasional maintenance duties as required.
