Job summary

Forman Mills is seeking a Back End Supervisor to oversee Receiving, preparing and processing merchandise for the sales floor. You will ensure backroom cleanliness, organization, and 24-hour door-to-floor (DTF) execution while partnering with store leadership to manage staffing and productivity.

You will monitor EAS tagging, stockroom metrics, and daily team performance, coaching staff to meet company standards and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year managing freight processing in retail.
• High energy, hands-on leader with excellent people skills.
• Computer skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Cartons per Hour and DTF expectations.
• Ensure door-to-floor in 24 hours standards are met.
• Schedule backroom to workload while respecting budgeted hours.
• Direct and inspect freight with proper EAS tagging.
• Maintain damage, mismate, and signing areas; manage stockroom zones.
• Oversee excess fixture inventory for easy placement.
• Review daily productivity and report results.
• Counsel and discipline staff with Store Manager input.
• Lead morning backroom huddles and coach underperformers.
• Ensure policy execution and backroom housekeeping standards.
• Deter theft and maintain clean, welcoming salesfloor spaces.
