Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to follow production processes and safety guidelines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, price, and prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Support opening/closing routines related to production backroom operations.
• Assist with movement of materials and coordination between areas as directed.
