The Pokémon Company International in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Associate Merchandise Product Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will support Licensing & Publishing marketing programs and product launches, partnering closely with internal teams and external licensees to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns.

You will manage campaign planning, review partner materials, develop briefs, coordinate asset reviews, maintain marketing calendars, and support post-campaign reporting

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ experience in marketing program management or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
• Experience working with external partners and effective communication across teams.
• Willingness to learn the Pokémon brand and apply it to campaigns.

• Collaborate with Licensing & Publishing teams to execute partner marketing programs and product launches.
• Review licensee marketing materials to ensure brand alignment and business goals.
• Coordinate marketing material reviews with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and distribute campaign briefs for internal and partner teams.
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Support post-campaign reporting and learnings to improve future efforts.
• Create custom B2B marketing materials and calendars for external partners.
