Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in merchandise and graphic design development for consumer products.
• Strong ability to translate brand strategy into product briefs and concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own category coherence and brand-aligned product briefs from strategy to execution.
• Provide creative direction for product and graphics with Designers, ensuring brand storytelling.
• Lead concept development across subcategories and present multiple options with trade-offs.
• Evaluate product against quality standards, customer expectations, and market goals.
• Identify process improvements and mentor teams informally to raise quality and consistency.
