Distribution Center / Warehousing West Jefferson, Ohio
Assist Supervisor to achieve planned per hour throughput, cost per unit, level of service and accuracy standards throughout the shift/schedule.
Lead assigned functional areas to ensure all Key Performance metrics are achieved; follow daily plan, monitor results, and assist where necessary to achieve daily goals.
Assist Supervisor to delegate tasks, train and monitor associate performance to meet/exceed productivity, accuracy, quality, safety, and attendance goals with 100% SOP compliance.
Team Lead will be responsible for hitting their own personal productivity goals.
Optimize department operations by providing feedback to Supervisor regarding labor capacity and workload leveling.
Support, create and maintain a culture of consistency, fairness & inclusiveness for associates.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
